Can one Bundle Fragment update its Host Blueprint Service properties?

Hi people,

I would like to know if it is possible to update properties values 
defined by the Host Blueprint Service using blueprint declarations 
inside one Bundle Fragment. It is?

If yes, could someone give some tip on how to achieve this?
