Hi all, I'm currently developing on karaf and everything works quite well but I'm in a development environment where I can do whatever I like thus I would like to know what are the best practices to manage a production environment and in particular I'm interested to understand what is the best way to: - upgrade karaf ( e.g. 2.2.8 -> 2.2.9 ) - upgrade bundles ( e.g. use hot deploy via fileinstall vs ? )
