With shutdown (which is better for sure), change the data/cache/bundle0/bundle.id should work ;)

Purging the cache might do the trick.
The cache uses the following structure:

data/cache
  bundlex/
    bundle.id
    bundle.lastmodified
    bundle.location
    bundle.startlevel
    bundle.state
    data/
    versionx.x/
