Did you install pax-war feature? (feature:install pax-war)
Then drop into deploy and type into browser ->
http://localhost:8080/zksandbox/

Try to deploy same war to standalone Jetty 9, everything was
working well.
What's the difference between standalone Jetty 9 and Jetty
embedded in Karaf? How to identify the problem?
