Hi,
I'm sorry to say, today I started it once more, it worked like a
charm for me.
Vanilla Karaf, installed the war feature, droped the
zksandbox.war in the deploy-folder.
Opened the Browser http://localhost:8181/zksandbox/
No issue with the page, even after refreshing a couple times.
This time I also had no issue with the first Call to the page,
guess some stuff has been cashed in the browser.

This is exactly the problem I meet, if you try to refresh F5
page again, then web page will be hanging.
If same war deploy to standalone Jetty, working well, that's
why I am asking there is something wrong of embedded Jetty in
Karaf?

Did you check with different browsers?
From the server point of view I'd say everything looks
ok, as http:list and web:list give the expected result.
How did you configure your logging, cause I had a lot of
ZK related loggings, one of them that the 30 day
testperiod just started.
