Actually Kibana4 in Karaf is not as easy as Kibana3: Kibana3 is a full
HTML/CSS/JS application whereas Kibana4 uses node.js, which doesn't run
in Java/Karaf. We tried an alternative but it didn't work.
So, I have to figure out how to be able to run Kibana4 directly embedded
in Karaf.
