It looks like the index.xml is not fully correct as the bundle URL are
not complete (they are file relative).
For instance, you can see:
<attribute name=“url” value="path/file.jar"/>
so, the URL is not correct.
In Karaf Cave, we deal with the URL (file:, mvn:, http:).
