Greetings, we recently had some issues that seem to relate to the decanter log collector component in our karaf-based environment. What we observed is that normal OSGI events are not delivered to our components until we shut down decanter-related bundles. As soon as those are shut down, a burst of OSGI events gets delivered all at once, making it look like they were being held in some kind of queue. Has this been observed before?
