Aha - thanks a lot. I thought I was goin crazy. I use pax-jdbc for the data source. I'll need to check if it can provide the capability. Or, maybe the problem is in the other end. I updated to a newer version of maven bundle plugin (from 2.3.7 to 5.1.4) - maybe the old one didn't require the capability.
