kudu tablet change_config add_replica exec slowly

I try to use kudu command line tools to balance data automatic.the way is
good, but when running I  found sometime it exec so slowly,and  found no
error output. one tablet about 300Gb costs 48 hours to migrate,it there any
way to speed up the process?
