I work at Apple and am planning to use Kylin for creating OLAP cube. I have an issue and wanted to see if somebody could help. Not sure if this is the right group though.
I set up a cube with 10 dimension (1 is mandatory). When I check the planner section in Kylin webpage, I see 60 cuboids. Ideally, I was expecting something around 2^9+1. Not sure where my understanding is wrong. I do not have any hierarchy currently defined on this cube. Also, I set up this model on a hive view. What could be the reasons the no. of cuboids could be 60. I can share more details if needed. Let me know. Thanks - Cinto
