privilege on the whole authoring area. Via the edit menu, this user can
cut, copy, rename and move up/down documents (nodes). He can also create

it's the default configuration... seems like a strange choice to me too.
check YOURPUBS/config/ac/usecase-policies.xconf
and put your own rules, like in your unitemplate publication ;)
Maybe the default configuration should be modified ?
