(Yeah, assumptions. You know?) I usually suggest making Lenya easier
for newbies; now I am suggesting making it easier for the OSS/FSS
aware. The even/odd production/development numbering scheme is
ubiquitous. Does Lenya have a good reason to ignore it?
if we did major development on the 1.2 branch, i would agree. 1.2 is in
maintanance mode though, and new development happens on trunk (which is,
if you will equal to 1.3 before 1.4 comes out)
