i had the same problem yesterday. iiuc, you don't need to download an
additional jcr jarfile (see michi's post earlier in this thread).
probably your tree is subtly broken - i had the same issue, and after a
clean checkout it was gone. if you have the bandwidth, just check out a
fresh tree and see if you can reproduce the problem.
