Thanks, that worked. Is there a location where things like fallback and
the such are documented? I see the documentation for lenya: and
lenyadoc. I am in the process of trying to figure out the code behind
Lenya. Can be difficult to try to figure the path of events.

Went through and made the changes, got it to show up in the menu, and
added the correct entries in usecase-policies.xml. I still had the
menu entry greyed out with a tip of "Access denied". It only worked
after I added the correct entries into the default publication's
usecase-policies.xml. This does not seem like desired behavior to me.
