Kupu is broke in the trunk. Just tested it on zones with UUID content.
There is a bug with a patch that still hasn't been applied. I think the
patch in this bug is what you need to get it working:

However, I think the first patch is all you need to get Kupu to work
again. Worked for me, but I haven't bothered with Kupu in quite a while.
Maybe one of the devs wants to look at applying the appropriate patches
so that Kupu works once again.
