Hi, FYI. Just had this problem.
Andreas has posted in lenya-dev about this being due to the <map:parameter name="BX_xhtmlfile" value="{../2}.bxe.html?rendertype=edit"/> line (http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/lenya-dev/200606.mbox/[EMAIL PROTECTED]).
This is where I was staring hard too until I realised on looking at the output from my rescue.bxe.html file (which you can inspect by pasting it into the URL bar) that I'd simply garbled the output from the page2xhtml.xsl file. (I was using some naughty code to generate a DOCTYPE and too much white space caused the XML parser to barf). Of course, normally you wouldn't notice this as pages being viewed will be OK.
