#7: Add meta model to core API

Implement a meta model for Neo. A meta model adds introspective
capabilities to Neo. For example, the client can ask for a node's type and
what properties/relationships that type supports. It will make it a lot
easier to specify data constraints (validators) and enable introspective
apps like for example Ruby on Rail's autogenerated web views for
administrating a database.
A limited meta model has been developed for the [http://openmetadir.org
OM2] project. Evaluate it, iterate on it and migrate it to the main tree.
The meta model is a major feature of release 1.1.
