Go over and shape up the API for the "neo-utils" library. ''(Neo-utils is
a set of utilities implemented at Windh Technologies that provide some
really powerful APIs on top of Neo (such as a collection view of [a subset
of] the relationships attached to a node, a standardised !NodeWrapper
class) as well as some convenience method (such as one-liners for creating
reference- and "subreference nodes")).'' Probably rename it as well.
Neo-utils is one of the major features of the 1.1 release.
