Hi Doug, http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/Neoclipse_Guide is visualizing node graphs and an out-of-the-box solution and uses the Eclispe graph visualization tools. Otherwise, I have tested prefuse some time ago, and as they have support for dynamic change of the underlying graph data now, this should work good. Jung probably works good, too, I have not tried Giny.
