Hi! I think adding a Graph Database article into Wikipedia requires some research to back it up with references.
Some are found as easy as doing a little follow up on this search: http://scholar.google.se/scholar?q=graph+database&oi=scholart The "Servey on graph database models" is probably a good reference to use.
