I followed excatly like yours but still get the error.

I just wonder if you have try the 1.3M02 on Windows but I guess there
shouldn't be any difference.

I noticed one thing that in your 1.3M02 built doesn't include library
neo4j-index-XXX.jar.  Any reason?
