We use Neo4j and MySQL for our project, in the JEE environment, with XA datasource for RDBM + Neo4j JCA connector https://github.com/alexsmirnov/neo4j-connector that let us to synchronize transactions between these sources. The prototype http://www.netoprise.com is far away from production :-), but it's working. Cassandra does not support transactions, as I know, so integration with it would be more cumbersome.
