We plan on using neo4j as the database for our website, which will run on Tomcat. Also, we'll be using ActiveMQ for sending messages within neo4j transactions, so that leaves the question of what to use for the transaction manager. Atomikos, JBossTM comes to mind, are we missing anything obvious? Does neo4j provide anything out-of-box for transactions management?
