We never automatically registered Maven builder (the one that actually
executes Maven) for Java projects. So, there is no change in this
functionality.

I noticed that for some reason Maven builder is not executed when
Eclipse detect changes and committed some fixes to the trunk. So, it
should be resolved in the next release.
