Hallo Eugene,

i created a simple project but it seems to function properly. I will go 
into depth to find out why my web Project makes problems with the new "in 
workspace" dependencies.
if i find more information i create an issue and a sample project. 

Ok, so sorry for now but i'm need more time because i'm busy.
