It's not exactly the problem you describe below but it's close.
The issue is still in status unassigned.
Out of interest, how are you 'adding the WTP nature'? I didn't realise there was
such functionality. I thought you could only create a new WTP project.

It is a little hard to follow up such questions. If there is a JIRA
bug describing those issues? If not, can you please create one and
provide all the details required to reproduce this. That would help us
