Thanks a lot to Stefan and Eugene . Yes, the error output was blocked by m2eclipse. We need execute "mvn test-compile" to expose the error messages.
The root cause is that we changed some field names in the POJOs , and in related main source files. But the testing codes were still old. Unfortunatelly, Maven would not recompile test objects except we run "mvn clean" manually. So , we can't find this problem immediately.
