The only thing I can think of is that JDT is somehow trying to read
jars that are being updated by other background job, hence I suggested
to disable automatic builds to see if it would help.
I'll try today.
Well, my Eclipse crashed again just now, so it didn't help. The plugin
is doing the "Update Maven Dependencies" even with automatic builds off,
by the way.
