Yes I can , it shows

but eclipse can't download from this url :(
I assume you can open nexus-maven-repository-index.properties at that
location in the web browser?
If so, try to specify repository URL with and without trailing slash:
http://sis2s018:9090/archiva/repository/internal/
http://sis2s018:9090/archiva/repository/internal
One of those should work if resource is actually accessible.

PS: are those Lucene files in the .index dir created by Archiva?
