Oh, and anything else that helps manage the local repository, such as a
manual installation gui.  I currently have one project that is a reusable
utility library for a main project.  My main project references the utilty
jar in its POM.  It would be nice if there was a facility for uploading my
projects to the local repository (a call to "mvn install").
