Eugene,

Do I understand correctly, that in the future we will no longer have 2 steps 
instead of one:
  1. chnaging/setting up some configuration
  2. Applying this configuration (via "Update Source Folder")

I think this is a Good Thing to keep this together: User chnages something, 
presses "apply/ok" in the same dialog and that's it.

  Adam, in 0.9.4 version "enable dependency management" action has been changed 
to "update source folders" like you describing (the latter is now called 
"update project configuration"). Hopefully we'll release
0.9.4 build on the weekend.
