I have downloaded the version available at the following link:

I have installed some extra plugin from the Europa Discovery Site and
now m2eclipse is installed correctly.
The easiest is to select m2eclipse features you want to install, then
open Europa discovery site and click on "Add required" button in the
update manager dialog. Then it would add features m2eclipse depends on
and you can install everything at once.
