We are thinking of how we can enforce our developers to use a certain m2eclipse version (rather than two hours into supporting their build problems discovering that they are using something old).
Could the Maven enforcer plugin play a role here? We have the Maven enforcer plugin already set-up for command-line use, requiring users to have 2.0.9.
