No, that's after doing a mvn install at the top level.

No snapshot dependencies really (maybe a couple). We do depend on the
snapshots of other modules within the same project, but that's normal.
The maven-eclipse-plugin takes about 5-10 sec.
Have you measured how long does it take to import projects into
Eclipse after that?
