Right now, Tycho follows Eclipse/PDE approach for update sites, i.e.
developers creates update site project and site.xml with all features
to be provided by the update site. Then tycho collects all included
features and plugins during the build. I think this is not what you
ask, but I need to understand your scenario to see if I can suggest
anything better.

I don't have a feature. I suppose I have to create a Maven project
for that.
You know that tycho supports building eclipse update site projects,
right?
I have a vague understanding of that, but I couldn't find an example
how to do it.
