I didn't meant to imply that you did that or change was recent.
However I am pretty sure it used to be possible to add attachments to
the resolved issues (I've done that somewhere in December) and now it is
not the case.
I recall that some time ago you was going to introduce intermediate
status to allow resolve issues and then close them, I see that workflow
is active, perhaps issues with attachments been introduced at that time.
Would it be possible to fix this?
