Hi James,

We're in the process of migrating the bugs to issues.sonatype.org right now, and it is taking longer than we anticipated.

You can file a new issue on codehaus. I will make sure any issues filed there during this interim period are migrated to the new JIRA after the process is complete.

The M2ECLIPSE project shows up as "Maven Integration for Eclipse" on the drop down.

Regards,

I noticed on jira.codehaus there is a message saying don't report any new issues.

However the m2eclipse page sends you to codehaus to report an issue, and m2eclipse project is not listed as a project on issues.codehaus and if I try and use the link you sent me after logging on I get the following:

ERROR
It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.

If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.

I guess that's one way of reducing the nuber of bugs :-P but on a more serious note where do you currently want issues reported?

Subject: Re: [m2eclipse-user] importing maven project issues.

Hi James,

Yes, unfortunately there is unfortunately a known issue with this feature and proxy servers.

https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MECLIPSE-176

This will be addressed in the next release.

We are in the process of moving the M2Eclipse JIRA from codehaus to http://issues.sonatype.org . Once this is complete we are going to triage the entire list and begin scheduling fixes for the next release.

Actually looking at the network it's seems that it is just ignoring eclipses' proxy settings, and trying to contact issues.sonatype.org which is just failing abysmally.

Which is interesting as I though the JIRA was still at codehaus?
