for an SG0 site, 'phr' is the same as 'phr*'. For other
sites it would be the same as 'phr+'. You mentioned
earlier that this user is not a member of any group.
phr* and phr$ means that you requested to be logged in
as root, with phr$ dropping priveleges directly after
the authentication. For this to succeed (for a person
to be considered root) there must me a membership
record in SG0 that puts this person in group 0. This
is not the case, so login fails.
phr+ is a normal user, but only root users can remain in
SG0 while logged in. Resources are created in the current
sitegroup, and that would be SG0 in this case, and only
root persons must be allowed to change SG0, therefore
non-root users cannot log into SG0 and stay there.
