Not sure I understand this question.
1) you don't know how to log in as an admin user.
At the login prompt use: username+sitegroup
2) you haven't specified login information for the persons.
Go to the 'view person' screen for the user you want to have access,
and click 'login information'. Assign username and password to the
person. Proceed with 1).
3) you want to limit access to a certain part of the site, say person
'john'
can only create/edit styles and pages, person 'kate' can create/edit
topics
but no pages.
... too lazy right now. Get back to me if this is what you need to know.
