What do u mean when u say that this patch will give u more information on
the error. I applied the patch and then tried to create the attachment and
iu get exactly the same error -
Cannot create Attachment: Internal error.
there is no difference absolutely
also there is another point tht has been neglected in the discussion. I am
getting the exact same error for creating ABSOLUTELY anything on my midgard
system - whether its a host, a page, a style or anything
Cannot create host: Internal error
Cannot create Style: Internal error
The only difference being that in the case of a host/page etc the
host/page/style do get created inspite of the error (ie the databsae entry
goes in) - however incase of the attachments the attachment database entry
goes in but the atachment actually does not get uploaded
i am presuming all of these errors are connected in some way.
i have also noticed one more thing. When i try to submit the create URL page
the URL that appears in the window is a little weird -
http://m.directi.om:8101/asgard/attachment/page/1/view/.html
Note that there is no filename - just a .html extension. Does that have
anything to do with it
