I've now marked it active, but still get the same error....

I still can't add an element to the page - though I created a new style,
created a "code-init" element in that, put the code in that, and assigned
it to the page. It didn't seem to make a difference either - I still get
the 404.
Should I be able to add an element to a page, as well as a style ?
