this should be ./mkall of course ;)

and copy the file php4-module/midgard-root.php in the same location as 
your current midgard-root.php3
then change into midgard-data.conf the directive MidgardRootFile so it 
points at midgard-root.php (instead of .php3)

Asgard works well, though I don't know the status of fadmin.

I just advise to take the latest CVS (from today) cause I fixed some 
little bugs yesterday night.
