It is, for the moment. As far as I can tell (Emile, David?), the
reason for that must be that there's no user "admin" in the new
sitegroup yet. Thus you have to log in with '*' as user level
'root' (using the person record in SG0) instead of '+'/'admin'
with the person record in the new sitegroup as suggested.

Do you have an id, either one for the pageelement table or a
GUID whose record you'd find in your old database's repligard
table? Then we could verify whether this is a problem in your db
or in xsg/repligard.
