No, midgard-php-1.4.1beta1.tar.bz2 (1653kB) is the PHP3 variant.

php-midgard-1.4.1beta1-4.0.4.tar.bz2 is what you want. Requires PHP4.0.4
(with development packages installed if you are on debian or redhat for
example).

having
repligard problems but we wanted the beta out. DO NOT use this on an
existing
database.
