Repligard is working now, my repligard.conf had a typo...
But there is still a bug in repligard and I'll file a bug report later 
today.
BTW, where do I put the new Asgard-1.4.1.xml.gz ?

Do I overwrite midgard/data/AsgardSite.xml.gz, or do I create a new one 
in that same directory, or do I put it in php4-module ?
