I'm not sure why, but the URL seems to be wrong for the &(uri); - it should
say http://www.accollarts.net/artmetal/Article1.html

You can have a look at the snippet code - I hope I didnt make it too
cryptic...

The instructions talk about creating all the elements, M2 now creates them all
as it copies rather than makes a child style of the master news.

looked like it displays the content - you dont appear to have a closed off the
table from the head for some reason..

I guess all these are from the original master news - 
try creating a new news style - in M2 it should be copying the styleelements
