As well as being replication safe, does the news code now:
1. No longer create a link to http://some.site/prefix/index.html/20Dec2000.html
when run from within an index.html page?
2. Allow you to collect recent articles in the whole topic tree under a topic,
not just in the topic itself?
I've had problems with both when trying nadmin on
