that looks like a bug :) -

Actually the replication safe bit relates to how pages & topics are linked -
the topic id used to be stored as a parameter of the page - (and actually the
topic also had a link back for previewing).
These are now changed to GUID's

- have a look at the news php, it you could change mgd_get_topic_articles to
mgd_get_topic_articles_all
