Section 9.3 of the midgard manual at:

states in part:
An article may also be locked. Anyone with write permission to an Article
record may lock it, but once it is locked, only the locker and the Sitegroup
administrator can unlock it.
I've tried doing this with nadmin, but have not been able to find a way to
do it. Is it possible in the current version?
